The Haryana government has issued an important administrative reshuffle and issued the transfer and appointment orders of 20 IAS officers and a Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officer. The move, aimed at strengthening the government and improving departmental coordination, includes strategic appointments in major divisions and departments across the state.
According to a government order issued on Saturday, the officials of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), who were transferred, also include Rohtak Mandal Commissioner Phool Chand Meena, who has been transferred to the post of Commissioner and Secretary in the Human Resource Department of Haryana Government. He will replace CG Rajni Kanthan. Rajiv Ratan, Director General of Science and Technology and Commissioner of Karnal Mandal, has been appointed as Commissioner of Rohtak Mandal besides his current charge.

Raja Shekhar Wundaru, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Department of Fisheries, Government of Haryana, has been appointed as the ACS of the Transport Department besides his current charge. He will replace TL Satyaprakash. G. Anupama, Additional Chief Secretary of Social Justice, Empowerment, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary of Civil Resources Information Department, besides his current charge.

Fatehabad Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mandeep Kaur has been appointed as Director of Human Resource Department, Haryana and Special Secretary of Human Resources Department. She will replace Vinay Pratap Singh. Munish Sharma, Deputy Commissioner of Charkhi Dadri, has been appointed as Secretary of Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani. Monica Gupta, DC, Panchkula have been transferred and appointed as Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Panchkula and Additional Director, Urban Sampada, Panchkula.
The order stated that at present, Haryana Civil Services (HSC) officer Kapil Kumar, posted as Deputy Secretary, Monitoring and Coordination and Special Officer (Sanitation), Kurukshetra, has been transferred and appointed as the District Municipal Commissioner of Kaithal, besides his current duties. He will replace IAS officer Deepak Babulal Karva.
