All the special edition cars of Tata are selling well in the market. TATA Motors released the teaser
Tata showcased the new Dark Edition of Harrier and Safari at Auto Expo 2023. It looks like the brand will soon launch a new variant in the Indian market. Tata Motors has released a new teaser which shows the silhouette of three SUVs with #DARK in red. So, the Red Dark variant will be launched soon. What was not expected is that Tata Motors will also launch the Red Dark edition of the Nexon compact SUV.
New Safari and Harrier in Red Dark Edition
The new Safari, Nexon and Harrier will be sold in the Red Dark Edition. The brand has already started accepting bookings for the 2023 editions. There will be no cosmetic changes in the SUV. However, the Red Dark Edition will now come with red accents on the exterior as well as the interior.
Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Voice Command
Tata Motors will now equip the Harrier and the Safari with a new large touchscreen infotainment system that runs on a new user interface with different segments. It supports Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and voice commands and is linked to a JBL sound system. There is also a new TFT screen which replaces the old instrument cluster.
Focus on ADAS i.e. Driving Helping Technique
However, the biggest change is ADAS or Advanced Driving Assisting Technology. Harrier and Safari will now come with Forward Collision Warning, Auto Emergency Braking. Traffic Sign Recognition, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Change Alert, High Beam Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Rear Collision Warning. It also gets door open alert and the electronic stability program has also been updated. So, the SUV is equipped with features like Panic Brake Alert, Driver Dose Off Alert and After Impact Braking.
