Two suspects associated with Rohit Godara gang have been arrested after an encounter in Sector 10 of Gurugram. The police gave this information on Thursday. Police said the suspects named Nitin (28) and Yashpal (23) were shot in the foot in the early hours of Thursday, who were later admitted to the hospital. The encounter took place on Wednesday in response to the attack on Inspector Anil Chillar in Rewari, in which both suspects were allegedly involved. An FIR has been lodged in Sector 10A police station.

He was injured by being shot in the legs of Yashpal (23) and Nitin (28), residents of Aulant village in Rewari district and were admitted to a government hospital in Sector-10, Gurugram.The arrests took place after the attack on Inspector Anil Chillar in Rewari on Wednesday, which included both the accused.
Police have recovered two illegal pistols and nine bullet shells from the spot. An FIR has been lodged against the accused in Sector 10A police station in this regard.According to the police, Bahadurgarh STF in-charge Inspector Rakesh Kumar received information that the accused are present near Garhi-Harsaru Road.

Based on the information, a team of STF raided at around 3 am on Thursday, where they met the accused on the road. On seeing the police, both of them tried to run away and opened fire on the police.One bullet hit ASI Vikas’s bulletproof jacket and the other was in the bulletproof jacket of Probationer Sub-Inspector Manoj.
A spokesman for the Gurugram police said that in retaliation, the STF team fired two rounds on the feet of the accused, causing them to get injured and fell on the ground.The spokesman further said, “The accused were planning to carry out a major incident. Seven cases have been registered against the accused Nitin in Rewari and Gurugram, while two cases have been registered against the accused Yashpal in Rewari and Gurugram.”
