ACB raid started at 5 am ACB started raids from around 5 am on Sunday morning. The searches of Ashok Jangid were searched at 13 locations in Jaipur, Pavta (Kotputli), Udaipur, Ajmer, Malpura (Tonk) and Banswara. More than two hundred and fifty officers were deployed in it. On the other hand, evidence of a total of 55 property has been found at 19 important places. Two form houses have been found in 40 bighas in Pavta. Gold and silver jewelery worth Rs 35 lakh and cash of Rs 2 lakh have also been received.
Action on confidential information DG ACB Dr. Ravi Prakash Mehra said- Bureau headquarters had received confidential information that in PHED, SE Ashok Kumar Jangid has earned more than income from corruption in the name of himself and family. Their estimated purchase price is more than crores of rupees.
The accused have earned this money while holding important positions in Rudsico and RUDIP Jaipur.

Illegally earned crores of rupees On confirmation of the information, ‘Operation Bekhouf’ was run. On investigation, it was revealed that the accused had earned illegal Rs 11 crore 52 lakh 70 thousand 848 rupees. The accused has 19 property, wife Sunita Sharma’s name 3, son Nikhil Jangid has 33 property. These properties are in Jaipur City, Pavta (Kotputli), Srimadhopur (Sikar), Maujmabad (Jaipur), Udaipur, Ajmer, Malpura (Tonk), Sri Mohangarh (Jaisalmer). There are a total of 55 properties at around 19 important places. Crores of rupees have been spent in construction and investment.
35 lakh jewelery found in house search, 2 lakh cash The ACB team found gold-silver jewelery worth Rs 35 lakh during the search at the residence of SC Ashok Jangid at Jaipur residence. It also includes jewelery worth about 20 lakhs recently. Bill vouchers for purchase were also received and about Rs 2 lakh cash has been received. The names of Ashok Jangid and his family members have been found in 22 bank accounts. It has 21 lakh rupees.
The accused got the children’s education at Sanskar School, Neerja Modi School Jaipur, Manipal University Jaipur, BITS Shikshan Sansthan Pilani. 30 lakh rupees were spent in its fees. Ashok spent 30 lakh rupees at his son’s wedding. Its documents have been received by ACB. The accused has invested in several insurance policies. Along with this, two bank lockers have also been kept, which will be opened today.
