That is why, on the Ganges to the temple and the Kandar Yatra route, there is a strict watch of home guards, traffic police, police, PAC, RAF, ATS etc. The teams of NDRF and divers are stationed at the ghats with teams, firefighters of the fire department are also posted on the Kavad Yatra route. At the same time, the top officials of the police-administration are on the streets with the entire team and are working to test each system themselves.
Because this time, some incidents of disputes and sabotage in various cities of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh in the Kawad Yatra have made the police-administration think of thinking. In Ghaziabad district, Police Commissioner J.K. NDRF teams have been deployed at the ghats. 12 fire engines are stationed at various places, the camp organizers have been directed to keep fire -resistant equipment, sand bucket and water drums to prevent fire while allowing camps on the Kawad Yatra route. Instructions have been given to provide electrical safety measures in Kanwar camps. Shops of meat, fish and eggs etc. have been closed to ensure that no new bakheda is standing near Kavad Marg. Instructions have been given to keep the height of Kavad up to 10 feet and width up to 12 feet. According to the standards in Dak Kandar, the noise of up to 75 decibels on the music system is valid. Let us tell you here that similar chalk-and-round arrangements have been made in all the districts of the entire Kawad Yatra route of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
Even after such a chalk-clock system, the police-administration has a big challenge to deal with the people who have spoiled the atmosphere in any way coming on the Kandar Yatra route. During the journey, there is a challenge to touch Kawad, collide with the vehicles of Kavad, to deal with it. Anyway, for the last few years, the shame of small and big in the country, brotherhood and social harmony, mutual cooperation is becoming less than day by day, its effect is now clearly visible in the Kandar Yatra, due to which even now, even now, even without head-foot dispute, there is a lot of hudge in the Kandar Yatra. The police-administration is active in a tremendous manner to make the Kavad Yatra safe.
