Patna: Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar will distribute the selection letter of government job to 87 outstanding players of Bihar and the sports honor of about 8 crore rupees among 812 players. The event will be held on 5 October at a ceremony at the State Sports Academy, Rajgir. Giving information about this, Director General of Bihar State Sports Authority cum Chief Executive Officer Shri Rabindran Shankaran said that under the medal Lao Job Pao scheme of the government, 87 players who have won medals in national and international sports competitions this year are being given a selection letter of government job selection. 87 players include 39 women and 48 male players.

According to their merit, these players are being given selection letters for their appointment in various departments from class one to different categories. Among the selected players for the job, 10 players have been selected in 4200/- pay grade as police under-inspectors, including 8 women players. A player has been selected in the 5400/-pay grade of the Child Welfare Officer, 65 players have been selected in the lower class clerk in 1900-2000/-grade and 11 players have been selected as office attendants.

Further, Mr. Shankaran informed that this year, about 8 crore (7,43,00,000/-) of a total of 8 crore (7,43,00,000/-) among a total of 812 people including players, trainers, sports associations and sports officials, who won medals and outstanding in 44 sports competitions in 44 sports disciplines, will be distributed by the Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar in this ceremony. 631 players, 24 trainers, 5 sports union and a sports officer. A total of 783 players include 297 women and 486 male players. From 2022 to 2025 this year, the sports honor of around 23.5 crore has been distributed among the 2085 outstanding players of Bihar by the government.
