A gang rape incident has come to light in a private bus in front of her sons in Davangere district of Karnataka. The police have arrested the three accused in the case. It is alleged that the local police tried to suppress the case. Later action was taken after the intervention of SP of Vijayanagar district. The woman hails from Vijayanagar.

According to sources, the woman was returning home by bus after visiting the Highngidurga temple in Harpanhali, Davangere with her children. During this, the bus driver, conductor and helper raped her near Channpura village.

In the evening, he caught the last bus to come to Davangere from the temple. The bus had seven-eight passengers. When all the passengers landed, the accused raped the woman.

According to sources, the driver took the bus to a deserted place near Channapura and closed the children’s mouth and closed their mouths. The accused also tied the hands of the children and raped their mother in front of them.

After some time the farmers working in the fields arrived and rescued the woman. He was caught by the driver Prakash Madiwalra, conductor Suresh and Helper Rajasekhar and handed over to the Arasikare police. According to sources, one of the accused has already been registered.

Police said- don’t case, it will be difficult to live It is alleged that the police did not register a case initially. He took the victim’s sign on an empty paper. The police gave him two thousand rupees and said to buy new clothes. The police advised the woman not to register a case, saying that it would make it difficult for the woman to live.

The police then left him back to the Highngidurga temple. The police told him that when needed, they would call him and asked him to go home. The victim woman spent the night with her children in the temple. The police allowed the accused to go.

A few days later, local leaders came to know that a woman has been living in the temple with her two sons for several days, and she contacted her. After this, the leaders informed SP Srihari Babu of Vijayanagar about the incident.

On finding out about the incident, SP Aarakere reached the police station and got the victim’s statement in front of him. The accused were then arrested.
