New Delhi. Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister for Communications and North Eastern Region, while addressing the Tech Fest ESYA of IIIT-Delhi, called upon the youth to become the creator of India’s next chapter and establish India as a world guru. Referring to India’s glorious tradition, he said, “From the invention of zero to the progress of Medicine and Surgery, this discovery of knowledge is in our DNA, to universities like Nalanda and Taxila. The biggest library of Harvard also seems small in front of Nalanda. That spark is still alive within us.”
The minister, describing the event as a launchpad to make the dream a reality, asked the students to find new avenues and innovation because now the youth of India has the ability to lead the country not only the development of the country but also to lead global.
AI, 6G and Quantum: Construction for the next century
The Union Communications Minister said that the work which IT had changed the world outline 40 years ago is doing artificial intelligence today, but the goal is not only AI but also to be responsible AIs who fulfill their human goals and do not dominate it. He said that more than 120 future projects have been invested under the Telecom Technology Development Fund, including quantum computing, terhurts communication, bio-nano systems, indigenous chipsets and encrypted routers. Scindia said that India will lead the world in 6G technology and by 2030, at least 10% of the world’s patents will be in India.
Development based on the values of India
Scindia reminded the students that India’s uplift is based on its civilized values. He said that India is a never -fighting country and believing in ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’. Students prepare such solutions for India that help the farmer in accurate farming, give children the benefit of studying in digital class and provide treatment to the patient of small town through tele-health.
Brain drain to brain gains
The Union Minister said that students going abroad for studies and working in large universities should also return to India with their knowledge and experience and contribute to making India powerful, strong and prosperous.
Three precious mantras given to students
At the end of the address, Scindia called upon the youth to become courageous, stay connected to their roots and build for India. He said that the next century is from India, India will set many big records in these 100 years and the carriers of this glorious journey of India will be the youth and students of today.
