France Prime Minister Sebastian Lecornu has resigned a few hours after the appointment of the new cabinet. Former Defense Minister Lecornu was appointed last month by President Emmanuel Macron. This unexpected resignation has once again exposed the depth political crisis in France. Elisy’s press office said Sebastian Lecornu has submitted his government’s resignation to the President of the Republic, which he has accepted. Lacornu, a close associate of Macron, formed his cabinet on Sunday after weeks discussion with political parties and the first meeting of the cabinet was to be held on Monday. But the almost unchanged cabinet declaration of Macron had a sharp reaction to opposition parties and even his own supporters.

According to Bloomberg report, the French Socialist Party leader Olivier Fore, whose party is in a position to get a possible decisive vote in Parliament.
