Russia attacked Ukraine’s city Sumi on Tuesday, killing at least four people and injured 25. The officers provided this information.
Ukrainian President Volodimir Jailonsky condemned the attack, saying that it underlines that Moscow has no intention of stopping the war that has been released for three years. The attack took place a day after a direct peace talks in Istanbul, in which there was no progress to end the war.
