In the murder of a private hospital in Panchkula, Mohali court has sentenced a major decision, the former police personnel who has been sentenced to death to Rashpal Singh. The poison of private hospital nurse was killed in Mohali 3 years ago. In the case, Mohali district court has fined a fine of the nurse’s family worker Rashpal Singh for life imprisonment under Section 302 of the IPC.
Also accused of destroying evidence of an eight-year-old imprisonment of Rs. 10,000 under Section 201 of IPC. He has then been sent to jail. However, the accused is kind of a criminal type. He was once a promotion for heroic. But after the case of murder, he could not be restored.
The case is of November 13, 2022, when the body of Nazib Kaur was found in suspicious circumstances. The matter had become a puzzle for the police. 11 days after the murder, the police arrested Rashpal Singh from sector 67, Mohali. During the interrogation, he confessed that he was drinking alcohol with Nazib Kaur.

Nazib had become insufficient after drinking too much alcohol. Meanwhile, when he put pressure on her marriage, he angrily strangled his throne. He then took the body to a pool and threw the pond. In the CCTV footage he was imprisoned. The police investigated that Raspal and Nakib were living in LIV-in Relationships.
This relationship and crime confirmed from Nachib’s mobile phone, chat and CCTV footage. The Postmartem report clearly was convinced that the throat of destroying the nachse was killed.
Nazib Kaur was working as a staff nurse at a private hospital in Panchkula. About 15 days before the murder, he was Mohali from Abhar, and Sohana was living in a rented house in Sohanh. Police also informed the court that Rushpal Singh had a criminal history.
