During this difficult time, Amritshipal and his family should be provided to the legal and counselor approach. In June 21, Amritpal was in a mentally stressful conditional dwelt his fields. The land of the farmer is within the Indian border but is over the fence. Farmers of this area often face confusion. Amritspal in order to cross the international border due to his mental situation and is now in custody of Pakistan Police.
Earlier on Saturday, Amritshipal’s father Jagraj Singh had appealed to the External Affairs Ministry to bring his son safe. Amritshipl were married and his three-month daughter. They have about 8.5 acres of land, located in the Indian border across the fence. Amritpal was outdated on the bike on June 21, but did not return until the evening. The BSF opened the gate in the evening and looked for him, but he did not meet.

The BSF held three to four flag meetings with Pakistan Rangers. Initially, Pakistan Rangers refused to see an unknown person, but on June 27, he confirmed that Amritpal is in custody of Pakistan.
