Punjab is currently suffering the floods. The situation is very damaged in many villages. In such a case, Punjab Congress MLA Pratap Singh Mr. Bajwa announced that all the Congress MLAs and he himself would deposit one’s own monthly salary in the Chief Minister’s Relief Council.
Mr. Partap Singh Bajwa said that the move is a small attempt to promote sympathy towards the people affected by difficult times. He also appealed to the ordinary citizens and the social organizations to come forward to contribute to relief and rehabilitation.

CM Mann said that the collective contribution of the elected representatives represents the commitment and unity of the province affected by the floods. He assured that the government and administration are completely dedicated to the deed and rehabilitation.
