Firing at the restaurant of comedian Kapil Sharma in Canadian Surrey, local police investigation engaged in investigation

The incident of firing at the recently opened new restaurant of comedian Kapil Sharma in Canada’s Surrey has come to light. The Surrey Police Service (SPS) said that it took action on a call from a business establishment at 1:50 pm local time on Wednesday.

The name of the business establishment was not mentioned in it. According to reports, Sharma’s Kapas Cafe was attacked. There is no response from Kapil’s team yet.

SPS said, “Late at 1:50 pm, Surrey Police Service was called after firing at a business establishment located in 8400 blocks of 120 Street. It said that when the police arrived, it was immediately found out that the bullets were fired towards the business establishment, which damaged the property, while the employees were present inside.

The SPS said that no one was hurt in the business establishment. It states that investigation is on and other incidents are being investigated and possible objectives. The newspaper ‘Vancouver Sun’ said that the police do not yet have the details of the suspect and the purpose of firing has not been known.
