FIR filed against former DGP of Punjab in case of son’s death, name of wife, mother and sister also included

There has been a new twist in the death case of former Punjab DGP Muhammad Mustafa. In Haryana’s Panchkula, a case has been registered against former Punjab DGP Muhammad Mustafa for the murder of his son, Aqeel Akhtar and criminal conspiracy. Along with him, his wife, daughter and daughter-in-law have also been charged with conspiracy.

In the case of the death of Aqil, son of former Punjab cabinet minister Razia Sultana and former Punjab DGP (Human Rights) Muhammad Mustafa, a neighbor Shamsuddin has made serious allegations, claiming that Aqil’s wife and father had illicit affairs involving Razia Sultana.

Shamsuddin lodged a complaint with the Panchkula Police Commissioner, based on which the Panchkula MDC police station has now registered a case under sections 103(1) and 61 of the IPC against Muhammad Mustafa, his wife, former minister Razia Sultana, daughter-in-law and daughter.

Akil died on October 16 late night in Panchkula. The family said he died of a drug overdose. After this, a video of Akhil surfaced on August 27. In it, he has alleged that family members are conspiring to kill him and also mentions the illicit relationship between his father and his wife. Akil shared the video on his social media account on August 27.
