Ingredients to make Dahi Ke Kebab
Cheese grated – 1/2 cup
Hung curd – half cup
Cashew nuts chopped – 3-4 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped – 2-3
Fried onion – 1/2 cup
Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Dahi Kebab
To make Dahi Ke Kebab, first grate the paneer and keep it in a bowl. After this, put hung curd in a big mixing bowl and add grated paneer to it. After this, add fried onions, red chili powder, finely chopped cashews, green chilies and green coriander and mix everything well. After this add salt and black pepper to the mixture as per taste. To remove excess moisture add bread crumbs and mix.

Mix all the ingredients well and do not knead it too much, otherwise the curd may start releasing moisture. If the dough seems too sticky, you can increase the amount of bread crumbs in it. After this, apply oil on both the hands and make a round ball by taking little by little mixture and then press it and give it the shape of a kebab.
