The US investigating agency FBI is searching for former National Security Advisor (NSA) John Bolton’s residence in Maryland as part of a confidential documents. Sources gave this information on Friday.
Bolton and ‘White House’ spokesperson received no response in the case. The lawyer representing Bolton also did not comment at the moment. Bolton had been a National Security Advisor for 17 months during Trump’s previous government.
Iran, Afghanistan and North Korea had differences between him and Trump. Trump’s previous administration had tried unsuccessfully to stop the publication of a book by Bolton, alleging confidential information.
On the very first day of assuming the presidency this year, Trump canceled the security approval of more than four dozen former intelligence officials, including Bolton. Bolton was among the three former officials whose security approval Trump canceled earlier this year.
