Punjab Cabinet’s meeting was held at Chandigarh, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. This meeting has taken several important decisions. The meeting has approved the prosecution in the case of an ex-Congress minister Sadhu Singh Dharamota.
Vigilance Bureau recorded FIR against Dharamsot in June 2022. The probe came up that Dharamsot had for a bribe of Rs. 1.67 crore. According to an official spokesperson, Dharamsot will also be processed under PMLA2022. The Cabinet has sent the Governor to prosecute him.
