Along with Mustafa and Razia, their daughter and daughter-in-law have also been named as accused. Complainant Shamsuddin Chaudhary has also come forward in this case which was in discussion all day on Tuesday.

He says that based on the video shared by Akil on social media and other information, he has filed a complaint with the Panchkula police, in which action has been demanded. However, he also alleged that the Mustafa family has filed a complaint with the Punjab Cyber ​​Police Station to suppress the video. He said that when I saw his video on 27th, I thought that I will go to the High Court. After watching the video my Jameer did not allow me to sit at home so I spoke to my lawyer.

He said that after all this family is from Malerkotla, they did not bury Akhil there because they are involved in politics there. He said that my politics is not linked to anyone. He said that when Akil’s video went viral, those who had this video in their mobile phones could have been saved if they all came forward together, today he would be among us. He said that he was made prisoner at home, he used to secretly make videos from home.

The complaint alleges an attempt to defame him. Akil has also mentioned this in a video posted on social media on August 27.
