2 cups of oil
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon chaat masala

How to make Chana Dal Chips? (How to make gram dal chips)
To make chickpea dal chips, first take gram dal.
Then you soak it in water and keep it for about 3-4 hours.
After this, extract the water from the dal and grind it finely in a mixer.
Then add semolina and wheat flour to the dal paste.
After this, mix all these things and knead it like a dough.
Then add baking soda and chili powder and mix it.
After this add oil in a pan and heat it.
Then make small balls out of the mixture.
After this, cut it into chips.
Then deep fry the chips in hot oil until golden.
