Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann met industrialists in Amritsar today. At the beginning of the meeting which started at 12 o’clock, the problems of the industrialists were first heard. After which some new announcements have also been made for the industries of Amritsar and the border region.
Making a fresh announcement for the industry, CM Bhagwant Mann has asked Chief Secretary Anurag Verma to identify border areas and update records. Instructions have also been given to the Secretary of the Canal Department Krishna Kumar to deliver the canal water to the industries. With this, the land of Punjab can be saved.
CM Mann said that the industry is a source of income. If the industrialist shows confidence, there can be no greater reward than this. The industrialist is confident only when the state is corruption free and law and order is perfect. An entrepreneur always wants to be called a tax payer and not a thief.
