Bihar State Housing Board has also fixed the date of e-auction of four plots located in Bahadurpur after Lohia Nagar of the capital. The e-auction of two of these four plots of commercial cum residential mixed nature will be held on May 2, while the e-auction of two plots will be held on May 9, 2023. For this, the process of submission of online application and necessary documents will run from March 28 to April 27. Scrutiny of documents will be done on April 27 only, in which successful applicants will participate in the final auction process.

The Housing Board has issued a public notice saying that applicants need to visit Beltron’s e-auction website www.eproc2.gov.in Must apply through. Applicants participating in the auction will have to make online payment of Rs 5540 as processing fee, which will be non-refundable. A notice regarding this has been put on the website. However, before the completion of the process of e-auction, a special training session will be organized in the Housing Board on February 15, to which detailed information related to e-auction will be made available.
Base price of two plots of 2003 square feet in Bahadurpur 95 lakhs
The Housing Board has fixed the base price of two plots of 2003 square feet in Bahadurpur at about Rs 95 lakh. There is a 60 feet road next to it. Also, the base price of two plots of 1321 square feet has been fixed at Rs 56.76. There is a 30 feet road next to it. The price is determined on the basis of MVR. Plot will be allotted to the best bidders only.
The base price of a plot of 1050 square feet in Lohiyanagar is 72.31 lakhs.
It may be noted that the Housing Board has earlier fixed the base price of a plot of 1050 square feet in Lohia Nagar at Rs 72.31 lakh. Documents for this will be taken from February 15 to March 13, while the e-auction will be held on March 20. It is known that 26 plots of Bahadurpur Housing Colony, Lohia Nagar Kankarbagh and Hanuman Nagar are to be kept for e-auction.
The base price of a plot of 19010 square feet in Lohiyanagar is 13 crores.
The Housing Board has fixed the base price of a 19010 square feet plot (GC 5/6B) of residential cum commercial nature at Lohiyanagar at Rs 13.09 crore. The plot is situated on 90 feet wide road. The date of e-auction for this plot has been fixed on April 17 from 11 am to 1 pm. However, the documents for this will be submitted from March 6 to April 10. Scrutiny will also happen on 10th April only.
