In a special conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, both shared their memories about Sunny and her films. At the same time, Sunny shared a funny anecdote of shooting for the film ‘Mathali’. Read the conversation of actors…

Question- Sunny, your film ‘Deadly’ was shot in Banaras. Any memory related to there you would like to tell?

Answer- I remember that Law and Order was not under control at that time. A wanted man was walking with his entire gang at the hotel where I stayed during the shooting. He wanted to meet me. At that time there was a lot of incident. Even the security people did not understand what to do. They were just roaming around.

Question- Vineet, the film ‘Deadly’ has a deep connection with Banaras. What are your memories related to film and Sunny Bhai?

Answer- When ‘deadly’ was being shot in Banaras, I tried my best to see but failed. The shoot was deleted for some reason. At that time, news spread throughout the city that Sunny sir had gone to drink Lassi somewhere. In such a situation, we were all roaming around Lassi shops. Then it was found out that Sir had gone to the hotel, the entire crowd gathered outside the hotel. The whole day went to follow the head amid rumors.

I have a memory related to the film and head. Today I have got a chance to work with them, I am very thankful and happy.

Question- Randeep, Sunny’s film is your favorite and tell your memories related to them?

Answer- I loved ‘deadly’. The relationship shown by the father-son was amazing. It was a very emotional film. Amrish Puri and Sunny Sir all did a great job. Danny Sir’s style was quite unique.

I have many memories about Sunny Sir’s films. Dharmendra Paji and Sunny Paaji’s films had a lot of craze in North. People used to look their heroes. Now when I got a chance to work with them, I saw a new form of head.

Question- Films were not going on after Kovid. In such a situation, your film Gadar-2 set a record. What are the expectations about ‘Jat’?

Sunny- Just, I hope that the audience has given me the love that has given me so far. All my characters are inhabited in their hearts. My role in this film is the same, which will make him feel proud to see. A little scared but I also know that many people love me and they will definitely go to see.

Question- Recently, Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos said that the audience is turning to OTT. The theater is on the verge of ending. What do you believe?

Sunny- I don’t think the movie theater will end anytime. Theater is a place where a man forgets his sufferings and goes into the dream world. Cinema has entered the DNA of people here. If we give good content to the audience, then they will come again and again.

Audiences are ready to watch cinema, we have to give them what they feel connected. I do not even understand the business model of today. The ticket should be so affordable so that people can watch the film ten times.

Question- Randeep and Vineet, what do you believe on this?

Randeep- One of the experiences to sit in the group can meet cinema only. During that time you laugh together, weep, are happy. It is a spreading energy. Such a feel can only give you cinema. You can also enjoy sitting at home, but the feeling of cinema hall will not be found.

Vineet- My film ‘Chhava’ has made me realize this. During this film, people have sent me a video from the theater. It feels good when the film goes on. Whatever Sunny Paji and Randeep Bhai said, I have felt everything during ‘Chhava’. I remember that the craze of cinema is such that people used to go to see Sunny Paji’s films in trucks and tractors.
