A Drug smuggler has been arrested by the CIA staff team in Kapurthala. The accused has been identified as Manoj Arora. He is a resident of Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar Kapurthala. The CIA team took this action while patrolling village Dogranwal from Fattudinga Chungi.

At Dogaranwal Y point, a suspect started seeing the police car. The police immediately caught him. During the search, 30 grams of heroin was recovered from the accused. A case was registered under the NDPS Act at police station Kotwali.
CIA Incharge Jarnail Singh said that the accused was produced in the court. The court has sent him to jail.
