Veteran actor Paresh Rawal recently made a shocking disclosure. He said that he drank his urine to overcome a serious knee injury. Now actress Anu Aggarwal has supported her statement. She said that this is an ancient yoga practice, which she also adopts herself.
In a conversation with instant Bollywood, Anu Aggarwal said, “Many people do not know, whether it is ignorance or lack of awareness that drinking urine is called ‘Amroli’.” This is actually a method of hatha yoga. I have practiced it myself. We all tried it and it is considered an important practice. But the thing to keep in mind is that the entire edge of urine does not drink in it.

He further said, ‘Only a part of it is drunk. The middle part, which is considered nectar. It helps in reducing the effect of aging and protects the skin from wrinkles. It is beneficial not only for health, but for the whole body and mind. I myself have felt its benefits.
When he was asked that science does not believe in such things, he said, science is only about 200 years old. But yoga is more than 10,000 years old. So whom will you trust? I trust in yoga and adopt it in my life.

He was rushed to Danny Denzongpa and Tinu Anand to Nanavati Hospital. Veeru Devgan advised him to drink his urine every morning. Veeru Devgan told him, ‘All fighters do this.
