Actor Dhanush will play the lead role in the biography of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, former President of India, Bharat Ratna, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Launched at the 78th Cannes Film Festival, the film will be directed by ‘Tanhaji: The Anasang Warrior’ and ‘Adipurush’ fame Om Raut. This big budget film will be supported by Abhishek Aggarwal and Bhushan Kumar of T-series.

The story of ‘Missile Man of India’ will come on screen 
This biography based on the life of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, called ‘Missile Man of India’, will describe his life from Rameswaram to Rashtrapati Bhavan. A statement by the makers indicates that the film will give information about their leadership and nation building.
