But if we eat more bananas at night, then its adjustment will have to be done somewhere else or in some other way. Dr. Priyanka Rohatgi told that banana contains 97 calories of energy. People often fall asleep after having dinner. Then this extra energy will not be spent then it will be stored in the body. This can increase obesity. But eating one-half banana at night is more beneficial.

He said that there is no study regarding slowing down of metabolism after eating bananas. Dr. Priyanka said that if we eat banana at night, it will help us to sleep very well. Because banana contains dyrosine. Dyrosine naturally increases the melatonin hormone in the body. It is because of melatonin that we get sleep.
