Kabirpur police station of Kapurthala has registered an FIR against a father-son in case of disregard of court orders and misbehavior from government employees. This action has been taken on the complaint of Tehsildar Gurcharan Singh of Sultanpur Lodhi.

The Tehsildar said that a case related to a land of Suba Singh and her father Kulwant Singh of village Sherpur Sadda was under consideration in the JMIC court of Sultanpur Lodhi. The court attached the wheat crop standing on this land and appointed the Tehsildar as the Commissioner.
The accused disregarded the court order and cut the wheat crop. When government employees reached the spot, the accused abused them. Investigating officer ASI Balwinder Singh said that a case has been registered against the accused in various sections. No one has been arrested yet and the investigation of the case is going on.
