Air India Express has announced to start daily direct flights between Bangalore and Bangkok from October 18, which will further strengthen its international network from Bengaluru. This new service is expected to ensure Thailand’s uninterrupted journey, especially suitable for the upcoming festivals and holiday season, both holidays and commercial passengers. To commemorate this launch, the airline has launched a special express value rent, whose initial price is ₹ 16,800. The unilateral fare from Bangalore to Bangalore is ₹ 9,000 and Bangalore to ₹ 8,850. Booking on the official website, mobile app and major travel booking platforms of the airline is already beginning.

One of the most popular tourist destinations in South-East Asia, Bangkok is known for its vibrant culture, food, temples and nightlife. With this new service, Air India Express will improve connectivity with Thailand, where it already operates flights from Lucknow to Bangkok. The launch emphasizes the airline strategy to strengthen regional connectivity and increase its presence in international markets. On 15 September, Air India Express started its direct flight service between Dehradun and Bangalore, which was inaugurated by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at Jolly Grant Airport.
