In view of tension on the border between India and Pakistan, speculation intensified two days ago whether Pakistani artist Hania Aamir will now be seen in Diljit’s Punjabi film.
Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), the famous organization of the film industry, on Wednesday urged the Central Film Certification Board (CBFC) to stop the certification of the upcoming film Sardarji 3 of actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh.
FWICE alleges that Diljit’s film has acted by Pakistani actors. In view of tension on the border between India and Pakistan, speculation intensified two days ago whether Pakistani artist Hania Aamir will now be seen in Diljit’s Punjabi film.
In a letter sent to CBFC President Prasoon Joshi, FWICE requested the Film Certification Institution to refrain from giving certificates to the film starring Dosanjh, as it has worked by Pakistani artists Hania, Nasir Chinyoti, Daniel Khawar and Salim Albela.
