Diljit Dosanjh Apology for Not Release of Jodi: Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh’s most awaited Punjabi film Jodi was slated to release on 5 May 2023. But the film could not be released in India due to the ban imposed by the court on the film. Along with this, Diljit’s fans were very sad.
Let me tell you that due to some legal problems, the release has not been possible. As we all know that the court has issued summons to the duo’s team including late singer Amar Singh Chamkila’s widow Gurmail Kaur as it was said that a film duo was also made on the life of Amar Singh Chamkila and Bibi Amarjot Chamkila.
The court stopped the release of the film on 3 May 2023 and now the fans are very upset due to the non-release of the film. Diljit Dosanjh apologized to his fans on his Instagram stories who were eagerly awaiting the release of his film. He said that the entire team has worked hard for the film but due to some reasons the film could not be released in India and then he apologized to the people who were waiting for the pair.
Despite the court orders, the advance booking of the film Jodi was going on due to which the fans thought that the film is yet to release but Diljit’s Instagram story has now cleared everything and now it is 100% sure that the film will hit the theaters till further notice. Not to be released.
After hearing the petition, the court of Civil Judge Karandeep Kaur issued an order to issue summons to the team and fixed the next hearing on May 8, 2023, after which any update on the release of the film can be received. Now, all eyes are on the next updates as fans can’t wait to see the film on the big screen.
