He said that if the person is pre diabetic and if they go to the doctors then with proper advice their disease can be reversed. That is, pre-diabetic will not emerge as diabetes. For this, diet and exercise can be controlled by two things, but it has to be done under the supervision of doctors. Dr. Priyanka told that when we eat whole grains i.e. peeled things, then there is more fiber in them. Due to fiber, sugar is released slowly from these grains. This reduces the effect of sugar but when we refine it. For example, there is direct sugar in things like flour, semolina, sugar, honey, jaggery. It increases the sugar spike in the body. This makes blood sugar high. Therefore, except these things, eat natural things as much as possible and increase the protein content in your diet.

Dr. Priyanka told that if you are pre-diabetic then it does not mean that you should not eat sweets but eat little by little. Be it diabetes or pre-diabetic, the easiest way to reverse it is to eat less and not eat much at once. Eat once in a while. Whenever you eat, balance the quantity of green vegetables and salad in it. Mix things with fiber with everything. Fiber will balance whatever carbohydrate is more than this. Fasting is not to be done in diabetes. Do not eat a lot of things at once, eat little.
