The highest institution council of NITI Aayog consists of Chief Ministers of all states, Lieutenant Governor of Union Territories and several Union Ministers. Modi said that developed India is the goal of every Indian. When every state develops, India will also develop. This is the aspiration of 140 crore citizens. He said that states should develop at least one tourist destination in each state by suit global standards and providing all facilities and infrastructure. A state: a global destination. This will also develop neighboring cities as a tourist destination. He said that there is rapid urbanization in India. We should work towards cities ready for the future. Development, innovation and stability should be the engine of development of our cities.
