Bomb threatened email, for the fourth time in the last five days
According to a Delhi Fire Service (DFS) official, he received calls from Richmond Global School in Rohini at 4.55 am, Abhinav Public School, Rohini and The Sovereign School, respectively, at 8 am and 8.16 am.A senior police officer said that more schools have received similar emails.
Officials said that Delhi Police and various quick response authorities have started a search and withdrawal operations. This is the fourth day this week when there have been threats to bomb the schools in the national capital. Police and fire department personnel are starting the process of evacuating schools by reaching various schools. They are accompanied by bomb disposal squad and dog squad.

So far, South Delhi’s Samarfield International School, Pitampura at Maxfort Junior School and Guru Nanak School, St. Thomas School in Dwarka, GD Goenka School and Dwarka International School, Richmond School of West Vihar and Six Schools of Rohini – MRG School, Delhi Public School, Sector 24 of Sector 24 and COVARIN Public School, Sovereign Public School, INT of 9 The Public School and Abhinav Public School located in Sector 3 have received threats to bomb.
Former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the matter. He said, “Today more than 20 schools have been threatened with bombing! Think about what situation the children, parents and teachers must be going through. “Atishi said in a post on ‘X’,” All four engines of governance in Delhi are controlled by BJP, yet he is not able to provide security to our children! This is surprising. ”Many security agencies on Thursday mounted mock drills at 10 places to investigate preparations to deal with any emergency.
