New Delhi: Supreme Court senior BRS leader and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter K. A bench of Justice Ajay Rastogi and Justice Bela M Trivedi will hear Kavita’s petition. On March 15, the top court had agreed to hear Kavita’s plea challenging the summons issued by the ED in the Delhi Excise Policy scam and seeking protection from arrest.

Let us tell you that Kavita appeared before the ED on March 11 to record her statement in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case. The Central Investigation Agency had once again issued summons to him for questioning on 16 March.
