Seeing the flood situation in Amritsar district tomorrow, on September 8 will also be closed for children. Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sinha issued the order that all the government and private schools in the district would be closed but will come to school administration and teachers.
DC said that the teacher and school management committees would investigate school building and roads. Therefore the written report would be given to the District Education Officer. If the buildings were saved, schools will be opened for children from September 9.
The schools of Ramdas, Ajnha, Ladh affected areas of floods are directed from the next commandments. DC said the schools would be opened only at the normal part of these territories. District Education Officer Rajesh Sharma said that the floods were temporarily living in the areas of the floods. Therefore, order to all schools have been issued.
