A mother and son were stabbed to death in her residential apartment in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. His bodies were found inside a closed apartment. The police gave this information on Thursday. Police suspect that the family’s domestic assistant is involved in the incident. The domestic assistant is currently absconding. He told that late Wednesday night, the police broke the door of the house and entered inside where he found two bodies. The police officer said that the body of the woman (42) was found in the bedroom and her son’s body was found in the bathroom. No more information about the incident is yet to be found.

The incident took place on Wednesday night and the victims have been identified as 42 -year -old Ruchika and his 14 -year -old son Krish. Police found that both the victims had severed injuries on their neck. Ruchika was found in the master bedroom, while his son Krish was found in the next bathroom.

Initial investigation shows that the wounds of both were caused by something sharp. The domestic assistant, who was considered the main suspect in the case and who was absconding, has been arrested. Today, during the initial police interrogation, the domestic assistant, who was identified as Mukesh, confessed that he cut the throat of 42 -year -old mother Ruchika and his 14 -year -old son Krish “angrily”.

According to police sources, Mukesh told the investigators that Ruchika scolded him a few minutes before the killings. He allegedly explained how his anger dominated him. 24 -year -old Mukesh is a permanent resident of Hajipur, Bihar, who is currently living in Amar Colony. He has been arrested after a search operation. Mukesh was absconding since the killings in Lajpat Nagar Part 1 last night.

The incident came to light after receiving PCR call from Ruchika’s husband Kuldeep at around 9:43 pm on Wednesday. He told the police that his wife and son were not responding to the call and the door is closed, there are blood stains at the stairs and gates. The gate was opened as soon as he reached the spot of SHO. Police found that both the bodies were locked inside the house. Further investigation of the case is going on.
