The manufacturers have officially announced this. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film revolves around a group of people who have gone out to save a woman pregnant from Kalki, the tenth and last incarnation of Lord Vishnu, from Kalki. Deepika played an important role in the film, who was pregnant with Kalki avatar and the fans were waiting for what was going to happen next.

The manufacturers announced this on Thursday. Directed by Nag Ashwin, ‘Vyjayanti Movies’ studio, which produced the film, shared this news in a post on social media forum ‘X’. It said, it is officially announced that Deepika Padukone … Kalki will not be part of the upcoming sequel of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. After carefully considering, we have decided to separate.Despite a long journey to make the first film, we could not maintain partnership.
Deepika made a distance from the sequel of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, why broken relationship?
The studio said, and the film like ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ deserves that commitment and even more than that. We (Deepika) wish them all the best for future works. The film was released in June 2024 and earned more than one thousand crore rupees at the global level box office.

Spirit was also left by Deepika
It came after Deepika leaving Sandeep Reddy Wanga’s film ‘Spirit’, including Prabhas. It is rumored that after some demands, the actress has got estrangement with Sandeep Reddy Wanga.
