Earlier on Thursday morning, all the accused and the victims, including Sadhvi Pragya Singh, reached the court on Thursday morning. The main accused in the case is Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, former MP from Bhopal. There was a blast in Malegaon on 29 September 2008. In this, 6 people were killed and 101 were injured. The case was initially investigated by Maharashtra ATS. In 2011, the case was handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The NIA had given a clean chit to the accused in the case, including Pragya Singh, but the court said that the accused would have to face the trial. In April 2025, the NIA, while taking a U-turn, filed a petition in Mumbai’s Special Court, saying that the accused is wrong to consider them innocent, they should be punished severely.

Pragya Thakur was arrested in 2008 in the Malegaon bomb blast case.

Sadhvi said- My faith in Satyamev Jayate Outside the court, Pragya Thakur said- today the decision was to be done, it is not. The judge gave the date. There will be a decision on the next date, it is certain. The judge said that it has more than one lakh pages. It is a big case. It takes time. There should be no injustice to anyone. Everyone should get justice. The next date is given 31 July. Everyone should be present in it.

Thakur said- I have full faith in Satyamev Jayate. The person who is accused either knows or God knows. On the question of the demand for capital pledge from the government side, Pragya said- if I wanted ATS, my mundi would have twisted the same day. He has so much enmity. Don’t know why? I am his enemy for heretics and will always be. Those who are anti -national … I am the traitors of the country, I am an enemy.

Pragya Thakur's lawyer said- On July 31, it will be known how the accused were implicated.

Pragya Thakur’s lawyer said- On July 31, it will be known how the accused were implicated.

Lawyer said- On 31 July, you will know how to implicate Sadhvi Pragya Singh’s lawyer JP Mishra said- On April 19, the case was close to the argument. The court today asked only all the accused to appear. Everyone attended. Didi (Pragya) was also present. Now the judgment will come on 31 July.

Whether there is any evidence or not, the one who prosecuts, says punish everyone. We say, leave everyone. The court decides whether to leave or decorate on the basis of evidence. He did not say anywhere to give a capital punishment. Hang, not anywhere. If the judgment comes on 31 July, the world will know who is innocent and how the accused were implicated.

Mishra said- The case took 17 years, we are not responsible for this, prosecution is responsible. False MCOCA. The Supreme Court canceled MCOCA. It took 8 years. People were kept in jail for nine years. It was the bullying of the ATS of that time, otherwise it does not take so much time.
