Under the new rule, now companies that sponsor H1B visa will now have to pay a fee of one lakh dollars with every application. This one decision has put a question mark on the expectations of millions of professionals, especially Indians who want to work in America. President Donald Trump signed this order at the White House on Saturday. Till now the application fee of H-1B visa was from 1 to 6 lakh rupees. Trump spoke to reporters at the White House said that H-1 B has no fee of $ 1,00,000. It is $ 1,00,000 every year. H-1 B is now over. It would be better to formally eliminate it.

What is H1B visa

The H-1B non-immigrant visa program allows American employers to temporarily appoint foreign workers in special businesses. Significantly, India-born people are the biggest beneficiaries of the H-1B program. The US government data shows that out of all H-1B applications to be approved every year since 2015, 70 percent are Indians.
