Jagjit Singh Dallawal, leader of the United Kisan Morcha (Non-Political), will be discharged from the hospital in Patiala today. After this, he will go to his village Dallawal in district Faridkot, where farmers will attend the Mahapanchayat and will give a two -minute message to the farmers.

This information has been given by farmer leader Abhimanyu Singh Kohar. He informed that the entire schedule of Dallawal’s program has been prepared from April to May to intensify the peasant movement. These programs will be held in Punjab and Haryana, in which Dallawal will participate. Earlier yesterday, there was an important meeting of farmers in Patiala. For the first time after the front was removed, all the farmers held a meeting.
There will be a struggle in the month of April
Jagjit Singh Dallawal has been on a fast unto death since 26 November, with 13 demands of the MSP of the MSP of crops. His fast unto death entered the 129th day. Farmer Dallawal has made it clear that the struggle will continue till their demands are met. Dallawal will attend the Dallawal Mahapanchayat in Faridkot on 3 April.
Programs will be organized in Dana Mandi (Ferozepur-Moga), Chappad (Patiala) on 5 April, Sahaind (Mohali) on 6 April, Dhanoula (Barnala) on 7 April, Doda (Muktar Sahib) on 8 April, Fazilka on 9 April, Amritsar on 10 April and Mansa on 11 April.
Remove the front by taking farmers into custody On behalf of the farmers, on 13 February 2024, Delhi was traveled from Patiala’s Shambhu and Khanouri border, but the Haryana Police stopped them there and put a firm barricade on the border. After this, the farmers said that they would move in a peaceful manner and both the fronts were put on a firm front. In the meantime, on 19 March 2025, when the farmers came to the meeting with the central government, the Punjab Police took them into custody while going back after the meeting. After this, the fronts were removed from Shambhu and Khanouri.

Dallewal was first admitted to Patiala and Pims Hospital in Jalandhar after detention; After the media gathering there, he was shifted to the PWD Rest House. He was shifted to Patiala on 23 March. However, Dallewal’s family and farmers were not allowed to meet them. After this the matter reached the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Said that he is not in our custody too. At the same time, family can be found from them.
After taking the farmers into custody, Dallawal also quit drinking water, while the farmers were released on 28 March. Subsequently, Dallewal started drinking water again. However, in the Supreme Court, the Punjab government said that the Dallawal went to end the fast. But the farmers said that the fast is not broken. However, farmers claimed that 135 trolleys were stolen after removing the front. The matter arose from Punjab Assembly to Parliament.
