The second match of the ongoing three-match T20 series between India and New Zealand is scheduled to be played tomorrow (November 19) in Ranchi. But this match is clouded by crisis. In fact, a petition has been filed in the Jharkhand High Court seeking adjournment of the match in Ranchi on Friday or allowing the match to be held at half the capacity of the stadium.
Jharkhand High Court advocate Dheeraj Kumar has filed a PIL in the High Court against the opening of 100 per cent seats for spectators in the second Twenty20 match between New Zealand and India at the JSCA Stadium in Jharkhand on Friday.
In his petition, Dheeraj Kumar said that when the temple and all the courts of the state and many other offices were working with 50 per cent staff due to corona infection, under what rule did the state government allow 100 per cent spectators in the stadium during India-New Zealand match? With the match is allowed.
