Police said the incident is from Ganpat Patil Nagar slum area of Borivali.
There was a dispute between two sides in Borivali area of Mumbai on Sunday evening. The quarrel attacked each other with a knife and sharp weapon. 3 people have died and 4 others were injured in the incident.
According to MHB police station, the incident is from Ganpat Patil Nagar slum area. There was an old enmity between the family of Ram Naval Gupta and Hameed Sheikh, who lives here. In 2022, both families filed a case against each other in a dispute.
Due to this, both the families again disputed on Sunday. Ram Naval Gupta has a coconut selling shop. In the evening, Hameed Sheikh reached Naval’s shop drunk. There was a dispute between the two. The sons of both also came, all had a scuffle.
Police said that during this time both sides attacked each other with weapons like knives and dagger. In this, Ram Naval Gupta and his sons Arvind and Hameed Sheikh died. Ram Naval’s two more sons Amar-Amit and Hameed’s two sons Armaan-Hasan were injured.

Police said that postmortem of the dead has been done. The injured are also undergoing treatment in the hospital. The area with the incident has been seized. Weapons have been recovered from the spot. In this case, both sides have lodged an FIR. Further action is being taken in the case.
