In Bathinda, Lady Constable Amandeep Kaur has been raging from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The court has rejected the bail plea filed by the Vigilance Bureau in case of export income against him.
In the case, women constable was arrested from a village in Bathinda. Police have already confiscated his properties of about Rs 1.35 crore. At the same time, he will now have to go to the Supreme Court for bail.
Amandeep Kaur came to the headlines when he was arrested in Bathinda to 17.71 grams heroin in Bathinda. He was suspended and fired on the same day. The matter was gradually high-profile.
Amandeep then argued in court that he was trapped under a conspiracy. However, the full order of the court has not come to light, but the bail application is considered a shock. The public prosecutor says that all the action has been made as per the rules. He also presented a copy of the FIR in court.

Let the 17.71 gram heroin was recovered from Amandeep Kaur from April 2, 2025, and 17.71 grams heroin was recovered from the spot. He was suspended and dismissed on the same day. On May 1-2, bail he had received bail on May Rs. 50,000 a private bureau on May 26, a Vigilance Bureau, and seized the total property of Rs. 1.35 crore.
