Congress MLA Sukhwinder Singh Kotli, along with the people of the market committee, blocked the Jalandhar-Jammu National Highway in Jalandhar on 23 April (Wednesday) in protest against the CNG plant to be held at the sugar mill. In this case, Jalandhar countryside police had registered a case against 150 unknowns including Congress MLA Sukhwinder Singh Kotli, City Council Head.

Raja Wading said- FIR filed against Adampur MLA Sukhwinder Kotli is a feeling of revenge. This thing is clearly clear. If you feel that it can scare the Congressmen like this, then it is his great misunderstanding.

FIR filed on NHAI complaint
According to the information, the FIR was recorded on the statements of National Highway Authority India (NHAI) officer Jaswant Kumar. Jaswant Singh is the site engineer of NHAI. Jaswant has superwaizes from Pathankot Chowk to Jammu and Kashmir.
In the case, the police lightly told Congress MLAs Sukhwinder Singh Kotli, Raj Kumar Raja, Ashwan Bhalla, Vishal Bahl, Charanjit Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Lavdeep Singh alias Lucky, Amritpal Singh, Rakesh Kumar Bagga, Sheetal Singh, Subedar Sarjeet Singh, Rahul, Manjit Singh, Monu, Sunil Khosla, Deepak Multani, Arvinder Singh Jhamat, Narinder Kumar alfo Arora, Fauji, Ranjit Singh, Jatinder Singh, other 150 unknowns were named.
People upset due to highway jam due to T-point
