BJP has reacted sharply to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s ‘vote theft’ campaign and launching website. BJP spokesperson Amit Malviya targeted this move, describing Rahul Gandhi as ‘mindless’.
Amit Malviya attacked Rahul
Malaviya attacked Rahul Gandhi on the social media platform ‘X’, saying, “We still do not know when Rahul Gandhi will present the names of unqualified voters under the manifesto/oath to whom he claims that he is in the voter list.” He said that this voter registration is mandatory under Rule 20 (3) (B) of the Registration Rules, 1960.
Malaviya also alleged that the opposition party is ‘technical dinosaurs’. He also questioned Rahul Gandhi’s claim that it took him 30 days to analyze the voter list of an assembly constituency, while the media and social media users investigated the same list on the Election Commission portal in a very short time.

BJP told Rahul ‘poor artisan’
Amit Malviya described Rahul Gandhi’s demand for ‘machine-elective data’ as an example of ‘substandard workmanship’. He said, ‘Now these politically worthless people are crying for scanned pictures and demanding’ machine-elective data ‘. This is an ideal example of a poor artisan convicting his tools for inferior workmanship.

Election Commission responded to Rahul Gandhi on allegations of ‘vote theft’
On Friday, the Election Commission gave a detailed answer to Rahul Gandhi’s five questions, calling his allegations ‘misleading’ and said that he had publicly made false claims without any official complaint.
The Election Commission has asked Rahul Gandhi in a statement issued under the hashtag #Ecifactcheck to either ‘sign the manifesto’ on his allegations’ or ‘apologize to the country’. The case began on Thursday after Rahul Gandhi’s press conference, alleging irregularities in the voter list of ‘one crore mysterious voter’, fake voters and destroying CCTV footage.
