This will reduce the burden of the allowances like pay, rate house and DA on the exchequer.

For the first time the dealers would be convicted for the first time, a penalty for a six-month sentence and Rs 5 lakh would be fined from a range of Rs. 5 to Rs 5 to Rs. 5 to 10 lakh.
