A complaint has been filed against Akshara Singh and husband Vipin Singh in a case related to a 2023 show. According to the complainant of Begusarai, Shivesh Mishra, in October 2023, Akshara and Vipin were called to perform at the Durga Puja event in a village near Samastipur district. For this event, he was given a fee of Rs 5 lakh 51 thousand.
During his performance, the audience started throwing notes. Angered by this, Akshara Singh stopped the performance in the middle and threw the mic and got down from the stage. When the organizers asked him to continue the performance, he refused to further the event.
According to the complainant, Akshara Singh was invited for a 3 -hour performance, although she left in half an hour. The audience was enraged by the performance being stopped in the middle. This caused heavy losses to the organizers. The complainant also informed that the actress was paid around 5 lakhs before the show. This amount was sent to his father’s account. Also, he says that if the audience threw money on them in the show, then what was the fault of the organizers in it. It has also been told that the organizers had tried hard to convince him, but it did not stop.
Complaint lodged under these sections
A case has been registered against Akshara Singh under serious sections like Section 323,420,406,427,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Legislation under the Complaint letter No. 2006 /2023.
