The CBI has filed a charge sheet in the special court in Chandigarh after nearly 2 years of investigation. It contains call recording, details of money and evidence of disturbances in the tender process. The CBI investigation revealed that the MK agencies of Chandigarh had received a tender of Rs 24.77 lakh for the MK agencies of Flap Barrier, Full High Turn Style Gates and their software-hardware. It is mentioned in the charge sheet that the owner of the company has given 87 thousand rupees as commission in lieu of this tender.

Out of this, 2 percent (about Rs 49,500) was given to Integrated Financial Advisor of South Western Command, Jaipur. While one and a half percent commission was transported to officials associated with Principal Controller of Defense Accounts.
Put the rules of Gem portal According to the charge sheet, the owner of the company gave a huge amount of bribe to Umashankar Kushwaha and other officials through the already contacted middlemen to pass the tender. It has also been mentioned to leak the confidential information of the tender process by keeping the rules of the Gem Portal in mind. Not only this, there was no objection to the file of MK Agencies by other army offices.
