Apart from Shastri, bowling coach Bharat Arun and two other members of the support staff have also been kept in seclusion. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared this information in a tweet on Sunday. The BCCI said in a statement that the BCCI’s medical team had arrested Ravi Shastri, Bharat Arun, R. Sridhar and Nitin Patel have been isolated. The decision was taken because Shastri’s flow test was positive last evening. These people have undergone RT-PCR test and they will stay in the team hotel and will not travel with the team without the confirmation of the medical team. ”

“The rest of the team was also flow tested,” the BCCI said in a statement. Two flow tests were performed for team members – one last night and one morning. Members who have tested negative are allowed to return to the field on the fourth day of the fourth Test at the Oval.
